Liability Waiver
By registering my child for Ready Set Violin Camp, I acknowledge that participation involves normal activities (eg. dancing, play under a parachute, playing with percussive instruments) associated with a music camp. I agree to assume all risks associated with my child's participation. I hereby release and and hold harmless Taylor Morris Music LLC, the Greenhouse, and instructors and staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, or loss that may occur during or as a result of participation in the program, except in cases of gross negligence.
