Playing fiddle tunes by myself is fun, but playing them with an entire orchestra is even better! Imagined as an orchestral jam session led by a solo fiddler, "Full Circle" combines two original fiddle tunes, Dawn & Dusk and the Apple Hill Reel. In August 2016, I was incredibly honored to premiere my composition with the Dirt Road Ensemble at the Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music in New Hampshire, a favorite summer music home. |
